REFUND POLICY, CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS

 

REFUND POLICY

We will gladly exchange or offer you a refund for any items that have arrived to you faulty or damaged. 

Please keep in mind that this is subject to inspection and that all items must be returned in their original condition - new, unworn/unwashed and unused, along with proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that all of Lil Love One products are thoroughly looked over prior to sending out.

No refunds or returns will be given for change of mind or failure to measure correctly, normal wear and tear or rough handling and/or misuse of our products.

If the item is faulty however please email us to discuss an appropriate resolution with your order number in the subject line. This is generally a product replacement but a refund may be given depending on the circumstances.

If you believe that your item is faulty, please email photos within 24-48 hours of receiving your order showing the fault and return the product within 7 days for a refund/exchange.

Returns should be posted with traceable mail in a secure package at the customers expense.

CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to an online order after it has been placed.

Amendments may include but are not limited to:

  • Change of delivery address
  • Change to colours and sizes
  • Adding or removing items
  • Applying discounts
  • Full order cancellations

 Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.
