How much is shipping?

We offer a flat standard shipping fee of $10.00 and a express flat shipping fee of $13.00.

Free delivery for orders over $100.00.

Lil Love One only ships within Australia.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

All of Lil Love One's products are in stock. Items showing "in stock" on our website will be ready to ship once an order has been placed and payment has been received. If you come across an item that is "out of stock" but wish to order, please contact us to see when our next restock will be.

We aim to have your order on its way within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday excluding public holidays and weekends.

All of Lil Love One's orders are shipped from Townsville, QLD.

Delivery within Australia can take up to 10 days depending on your location.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has been received by Australia Post and we are supplied with a tracking number, we will email this to you. This is generally in the timeframe of 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

What do I do if my parcel does not arrive or is lost in transit?

Once your package has been handed over to Australia Post,  Lil Love One can accept no responsibility for loss, delivery delay or any damages to your package. However, if your package does not reach you within our delivery timeframe, we will make our best efforts to locate your package for you and, if appropriate, refund or replace your order.
